Ghent grew up in Bartlesville, OK, where he graduated from Sooner High School in 1982 – “The Last of the Spartans.” He then graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1986, and worked for NCR Corp. in Birmingham, AL, and Atlanta, GA. While in Atlanta, he went to work for a commercial specialty insurance company that eventually moved him to Enid, OK. In 1995, he joined Baker-Harris Insurance, and in 2008, he and his wife, Jil, purchased the Agency and changed the name to Baker-Harris-Hopkins.
He and Jil have 7 children between them and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys drumming, motorcycling, OU Football, reading, running and theology.
Jim Harris

Jim is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, and you could say he “bleeds orange.” Jim played both basketball and football for OSU, and upon graduation served as an officer in the Marine Corp. He spent 13 years in education as a coach, teacher and principal in both Kremlin-Hillsdale and Enid.
His career in insurance began in 1978 when he became a life agent for Mid-Continent Life. He later became the Sales Manager for Metropolitan Life. In 1982 he purchased the Kremlin Insurance Agency, and then merged with Lindy Baker in 1985, to form the Baker-Harris Insurance Agency.
Jim is an avid sports fan and athlete. On the days that he isn’t working out at the Y, he’s probably taking a meeting “in the field” where he enjoys quail hunting.
Clark Bittle

Clark BittleClark has been in the insurance business for 26 years and specializes in commercial business insurance. Commercial Trucking, Life & Health and Individual Farming & Ranching operations are 2 markets that he spends a great deal of time pursuing.
Clark enjoys raising horses and enjoys spending time on the farm and helping others with their cattle operations.

Jenise Watkins

Jenise has a passion for people and a love for the finance world. As an adult student she studied Business Administration at Northern Oklahoma College and graduated Spring 2015, with honors. Jenise came to BHH after working for an accounting firm, and made the transition to insurance easily. Jenise is a specialist in the writing and re-marketing of personal lines accounts – home, auto and special lines.
Jenise is a loving grandmother of 2 and a mother of 4. She enjoys rooting on the OU Sooners, Oklahoma City Thunder and spending time with friends & family.
Missy Atkinson

Melissa “Missy” was born and raised in Enid, and graduated from Enid High. Missy joined BHH 13 years ago without having any prior insurance knowledge or experience. She very quickly became a commercial lines account specialist and is the lead associate for all things bonding for the Agency.
Missy enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.
Rhonda Voth

Rhonda was born in Durant, OK, and graduated from Kremlin-Hillsdale School. She has been in the insurance business 32 years and is a commercial lines account specialist. If you need something done, Rhonda is the “go-to” person to make sure it gets done.
Rhonda loves collecting washboards and spending time with her family.
Susan Gum

Susan was born and raised in the Waynoka area. After she graduated from Waynoka High School she attended NWOSU in Alva. She came to BHH in 2009 and quickly learned the insurance business after spending 17 years’ experience as a Customer Service Rep in the hazardous waste industry. Susan works in the Waynoka office and handles both personal and commercial lines.
Susan enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and raising cattle.
Shelley Roberts

Shelley graduated from Enid High in 1996, and then spent 18 years in Bakersfield, CA, before moving back to Enid in 2017. She joined BHH in 2018 as a Personal Lines Account Specialist. Her 14 years in Retail Management prior to becoming an insurance professional helped make customer service her #1 strength. She takes pride in being helpful, friendly, and thorough with each customer she encounters.
She has two daughters, Kaelee & Avery and younger twins, Landon and London. Shelley enjoys spending time with her children and her friends in her spare time. She loves to listen to music, be outdoors, and is a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan.
Michael was born and raised in Enid, OK, and graduated from Enid High School. He continued his education at Northern Oklahoma College and started working to support his family.
Customer Service has always been a priority in every job he has had. This continued when he had the opportunity to purchase a service business that allowed him to support his family and be a full-time stay-at-home dad.
Michael has been married to Amy for 23 years and they have 3 children together, Evelyn and the twins- Jackson and Madelyn. Outside the office he enjoys spending time with his family and serving on the worship team at Crosspoint Church where he loves singing and harmonizing in worship.
